Rachael NaomiCHAPMAN-COZENSIt is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family announce that Rachael passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Thursday 28th May 2026, aged 58 years.
Doting mum of Ruben, proud Nanna 'Roo' of Flynn Sidney, devoted sister and best friend of Rebekah, special sister-in-law to David, Rachael will also be fondly remembered as 'Mumzie' by all of Ruben's friends.
Would friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Monday the 22nd of June 2026 at 2pm for service and committal. As per Rachael's request mourners are encouraged to wear something green.
